The role
As a Reporting Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies with deliveries associated with our Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) purchasing processes.
Day-to-day, you'll liaise closely with the Material Data Controller and Specialist as well as the Site-Specific Warehouse Unit Application Administrator (UAA) in investigating and resolving discrepancy reports, owning the discrepancies with warehouse deliveries, and chasing stock that hasn’t been received.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships across all functional areas of the business with the intent of ensuring business system integrity and compliance.
* Assist the Material Inventory Planning Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager in ensuring all service level agreements are met in relation to material availability.
* Manage associated provisioning activities to ensure optimum stocking levels are maintained to meet business and customer Key Performance Indicators.
* Support management in the maintenance, improvement, and sharing of provisioning best practices in support of continuous improvement activities.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Donnington.
Essential experience of the Reporting Administrator:
* Knowledge of the MoD Supply Chain consumables and repairable is desirable.
* Competent SAP User in a minimum of one functional area.

Security Clearance:
