You’ll lead both our Content Marketing Team and Innovation Team with up to 5 direct reports and a team of 18. You’ll be leading the strategic direction for Content Marketing and Innovation, acting as a senior advocate for both disciplines. Your team is responsible for the national website content and supporting our regional and property teams through our devolved publishing model.You’ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders both within the Communications and Marketing directorate but also widely across the organisation.As a core part of the Innovation and Digital Leadership Team you’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Products to shape the development of new ways to deliver relevant and effective web content to our audiences.
