A Day in the Life Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Excellence Manager with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain with expertise in the Cath Lab and/or Operating Rooms (OR) environment. Your role will be to provide clinical operational expertise to the IHS organisation, supporting both new account activations and current install base accounts across the EMEA region. This role will be based in the UK to primarily support significant growth to IHS managed service pipeline, with ability to travel and/or remote support other EMEA IHS managed service accounts. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Leverage clinical operational expertise to support transition of a new managed service through the key phases of design, plan, implementation, go-live and continuous post go-live support. Provide expertise during pre-activation phase to support IHS Solutions Architect with solution design and in scope requirements. Participate in onsite assessment scan to understand pick and pack, loan kit, consignment, in scope catalogue inventory requirements to initiate service activation process. Provide ongoing support during the service activation phase, working with internal stakeholders – service activation, service delivery, procurement and supply chain to provide clinical operational input. Work to establish procedure and product lists ensuring preferences and alternatives are agreed with the client. Perform routine on-site clinical assessments alongside MMA team to ascertain current state working, with ability to recommend optimized areas of improvement. Provide clinical training and share expertise with the wider IHS community, continually reviewing best practice and keeping abreast of the changing clinical landscape Support regular Community Forum meetings and ensuring information sharing from the wider EMEA onsite community and capabilities Required Knowledge and Experience: Educated to degree level and registered (Nurse) Practitioner or similar clinical operation experience Recent clinical and/or operational experience in Operating Rooms or Cath Labs A proven record of success in managing significant operational and strategic change, whilst adhering to international clinical standards as well as in operational planning and analysing, monitoring and adjusting according to data input is recommended. Experience of budget control, audit process and quality. Project and change management leading to results through influence. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively at all levels.
