About Responsible Reliable Recruitment: Does this sound like a company you would be comfortable working with?
I am a retired Headteacher and Ofsted Lead Inspector. I set my company up with the aspiration to give you and the school a better service.
Please read the brief information below. If you are interested, please do get in touch.
We are a recruitment specialist set up by school leaders to truly offer equality, integrity and an ethics-led approach to everything we do.
We believe in equality, so we would make sure you were paid to the Governments national pay scale, an identical salary to the schools present staff doing an identical job.
We believe in integrity, so we make no charge to you for any of our services. All of our costs are covered by the fee we agree with the school when you are appointed. This fee is in addition to your salary, not a part of it. We make no hidden charge whatsoever. Quite simply, we charge you for none of our services to you.
What makes us different?
Responsible Reliable Recruitment has a different approach to recruitment.
We at RRR believe we do more for our teachers than any other recruiter. How can I say that? Simple, our business model keeps expenses/overheads to a minimum so we offer a fair salary to our clients and a fair price to our schools.
Housing is one excellent example. If you have a moment, please review our website.
If you become our client, then our goal is to find you the ideal school in your ideal location, or as close as we possibly can to that. We will offer you current vacancies that match your wishes, but we will also contact schools and promote your application.
Our company is run entirely by educators; we know about teaching and learning, we are in an excellent position to advise you on any aspect of the job. I am a retired head teacher and Ofsted lead inspector. We know that teaching is a great job, but one that can be challenging. We are always there for you. We offer free advice and training.
Responsible Reliable Recruitment... our name says it all!
Does this sound like the sort of school you want to teach in?
A state-run comprehensive secondary school (11-18 year olds) serving everyone in the local community; truly promoting diversity and equality, giving every student the opportunities to pursue and develop their gifts, talents and skills whether in the academics, arts or sports
School leaders have the same positive attitude to all staff; encouraging them to develop their subject knowledge and pursue their career goals
Hugely popular with the local community
Because it is popular with the local community, it has a waiting list and is expanding
This means that there are many career and promotion opportunities for you, if you have the right attitude (staff are asked, when making every decision, to ask themselves, What is best for the students? and being driven by the answer)
Although on the outskirts of London, the school is classified as Inner London so teachers and other staff receive the highest pay band in the UK
For the last 25 years at least (all the time Ive known it), either rated good or outstanding by Ofsted
We have placed teachers there for all that time, no teacher has ever asked to leave
It is a bit old-fashioned in its values, e.g., uniform and students use of mobile phones
Discipline is strong, the Department of Education regularly sends school leaders to look at it in action
Because it is on three sites, all within easy walking distance, each block feels like a smaller school, where relationships are very strong
The youngest year group, Year 7, now have their own new purpose-built block so that all pupils including the vulnerable can have a successful transition year
The newest building, which opens this September, is brand new state-of-the-art
The school was not always well-respected, turned around in the 1980s and 1990s by the last head teacher, knighted for his service to the school and particularly improving outcomes for under-performing disaffected boys (just use a search engine to look him up)
The current head teacher is from the local community and a past student of the school, he is an example of how the school gives everyone the chance to fulfil their potential.
We hope to hear from you!
