My client is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their team and take charge of HR functions across the Group. What You’ll Do As the HR Manager:
1. Lead and Inspire: Oversee and mentor the HR team to ensure seamless service and meet department targets.
2. Drive Recruitment Excellence: Manage and streamline the hiring process, from sourcing talent to onboarding.
3. Develop & Implement HR Policies: Guide employees and managers on HR policies and ensure clear, consistent communication across departments.
4. Champion Learning & Development: Track and support training needs, helping staff grow their skills and advance their careers.
5. Ensure Compliance & Wellbeing: Manage health, safety, and wellbeing programs, and keep the company up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices.
6. Support Strategic Goals: Work directly with the Board to develop HR strategies, set departmental goals, and deliver insightful HR reports.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Proven Experience: 3+ years as a HR Manager, with a track record in leading HR functions within a busy office setting.
2. People Leadership: Strong skills in staff motivation, team management, and relationship building.
3. HR Expertise: Proficiency with HR software, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
4. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to make sound decisions, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
5. Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Bonus Points: CIPD qualification, experience with PAMS software, or a background in professional services HR.
