Responsibilities and Duties Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing generated leads. Interact with prospects via telephone, email, teams etc with a high attention to detail. Provide high level product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including, linkedin, email and call scripts. Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com. Keep up to date with the ESET product set, industry trends and key competitors, effectively communicate our value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities Disseminate opportunities to appropriate account managers, educating them as necessary about the opportunity. Requirements Education: GCSE (or equivalent) with passes in English and Maths. Tertiary education desirable. Experience 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales development, inside sales and/or sales. Experience in Information Technology desirable. Experience in the Cyber Security industry would be a strong plus. Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM desirable. Knowledge Knowledge of IT, Information Security and/or Cybersecurity Understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures would be beneficial. Language C2 – Proficient English Communication Strong communication skills Able to make cold-calls to prospects Able to maintain high outbound call volumes Managerial skills Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process.
