Account Manager - Front of House Services, London City & West End, £45k plus bonus package Our client is a leading provider of Front of House/ Reception Services to corporate/ commercial clients, offices and buildings in the City and West End of London. The Account Manager will typically be responsible for 15-20 staff spread across a variety of client offices. Based at Head Office in the West End, you will visit sites frequently to meet with front of house teams and clients, to ensure staff welfare, service performance and client satisfaction. Staff management is a large part of the job. From recruitment to ongoing training and development and HR issues such as personnel reviews, wellbeing, managing absence and sickness issues as well as misconduct. You will meet regularly with the clients, to discuss the performance of their front of house team and feedback/ implement recommendations. We are ideally looking for a seasoned account manager, ideally with multi-site/ multi-client experience gained within corporate or hotel settings. Most importantly, you must be a 'people person' able to communicate effectively and influence behavior. A competitive salary of £45k is offered with discretionary bonus (to 10%), private healthcare and pension.
