The role will be initially onsite for the first 2 weeks and then hybrid 2 days a week onsite but if you prefer the offices are open all week for you to work onsite.
What the role of Temporary Administrator will involve?
Work closely with a dedicated group procurement admin lead, ensuring smooth operations within the internal service desk
Engage in a range of tasks, from processing purchase orders to managing invoices and updating internal systems.
Provide administrative support to the group procurement admin lead.
Handle requests from internal colleagues for indirect services or goods, including travel bookings, hospitality, IT equipment, and client requirements.
Receive and process requests through the service desk.-
Contact relevant suppliers and raise purchase orders.
Check and approve invoices against purchase orders.
Update the internal system with accurate information
