The role This firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their thriving office based in the heart of the City of London. Commercial Litigation is one of the best performing departments in terms of revenue. You will join an entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will deal with an excellent quality of work, most of which comes in from word of mouth and referrals. The firm has an ethos of putting the client as their focus, and adding real value to matters, and charging well for the value that they add. You will work across a wide range of industry sectors and businesses ranging from SME, national companies and international companies, making for an interesting role, this will include, media, FMCG, retail, leisure, health, travel and private equity. The work will include; shareholder disputes, arbitration and meditation, debt recovery, copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, HMRC enquiries, corporate insolvency, breach of contract and seizure orders. You will lead the department with the other partner, as well as mentoring and developing the team you will work on strategy, planning and business development.
