Job Overview
As a Bakery Operative, quality will be at the forefront of everything you do to help us create excellent products much loved by the nation. You will be working on machinery within our factory, baking high quality products that exceed our customer expectations, as well as achieving our production and service targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of bakery goods like rolls, pastries, and cakes by accurately measuring ingredients, operating machinery, following recipes, and ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace. Tasks may include weighing ingredients, mixing dough, shaping products, setting oven temperatures, baking, decorating, slicing, packaging, and performing quality checks.
