Responsibilities
1. Enable sales growth through the AVEVA by driving revenue by qualifying leads
2. Communicating the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars
3. Contributing to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions
4. Engaging prospects to understand their specific needs and problems, and contributing to the development of appropriate technical solutions
5. Understand the AVEVA portfolio and how to position it
6. Support proof of concepts and/or pilots
7. Contribute to the definition of standardization
8. Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert
Skills and Qualifications
9. Bachelor's Degree in related major
10. Typically, 5 years of experience with AVEVA software products, and 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales or Business Development
11. Significant practical experience of the implementation of AVEVA solutions with customers
12. The ability to effectively self-manage and handle multiple, potentially competing commitments at the same time
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. The ability to work alone or with development staff to hands-on develop and present demo applications

15. Prospects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism
16. Sales: Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives
17. Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency
18. Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability
19. Ability to coach and mentor junior employees
