About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join Farrans, working within Anglian Water’s Strategic Alliances. In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of people strategies aligned with business goals, champion our values, and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
Project: During our next price review period (AMP8) which starts in April 2025, Anglian Water and its Strategic Alliance has the biggest capital programme to deliver circa £9bn over the 5 years. The HRBP working within our Strategic Alliances will support the capital programme delivery through our Partner organisations (Farrans). Stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills are pivotal to the incumbent being successful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and insight to achieve business objectives.
2. Lead resource planning, organisational design, and HR initiatives to support Anglian Water’s ambitious AMP8 capital programme (£9bn investment over 5 years).
3. Collaborate with partner organisations to ensure consistent HR practices and manage people-related risks.
4. Deliver key aspects of the Alliance People Strategy, including performance management, engagement, and change initiatives.
5. Build and lead a high-performing, engaged HR team across the Alliance.
