Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide advanced technical support to customers using MongoDB v6 and v7, addressing complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of MongoDB architecture, configuration, and best practices for versions 6 and 7.
* Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, replication, sharding, and data integrity.

* Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve bugs, and contribute to product improvements.
* Training: Provide training and mentorship to junior support engineers and customers on MongoDB features and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 7 to 9 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on MongoDB.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB v6 and v7, including experience with replica sets, sharding, and backup solutions.
