What You’ll Be Doing With this attractive opportunity, you will get a chance to: Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace engine components and modules. Use precision measurement tools and techniques to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. Work closely with production, development, and overhaul teams to maintain quality and safety. To be successful in this role you will need to: Have completed a time-served apprenticeship with relevant aerospace inspection skills. Be qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent. Have experience in aerospace strip and build procedures. Be proficient in using measurement tools and techniques. Have experience with conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies. Be computer literate with the ability to work with digital inspection tools. Additional desirable skills include: Experience with engine intrascoping and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection. Knowledge of repair limits and aerospace component sentencing.
