Job Description Job Title: Sales & Trading Executive Working Pattern: Full time Location: London / Hybrid Why Rolls-Royce? An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales & Trading Director to join our RRPF team. Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance (RRPF) was established in 1989 with the mission to support airline customers purchasing Rolls-Royce spare engines with lease finance services. Today we support over seventy airlines around the world, from established flag carriers to the big airlines of the future. Our customers don't just fly Rolls-Royce engines, so we also provide sale and leaseback finance to our customers for their CFM, Pratt & Whitney and GE spare engines. We also support aircraft leasing companies with engine exchanges and Maintenance Repair Organisations, including Rolls-Royce, with serviceable used parts. This role sits within the Parts Trading Team; a fast-paced, close-knit team responsible for maximising the residual value of our engines and providing aftermarket solutions to MROs and airlines. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience and a passion for the aviation industry, exposure to sales or leasing, an eye for detail, be capable of working with a diverse mix of external customers and internal partners. What You Will Be Doing This is a key role within the RRPF family; the main responsibilities include: Grow the Parts Trading customer base through parts sales and trading activity, achieving budgeted and stretch sales targets Manage key accounts; Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and oversee the transaction process from initial sales call to product delivery Actively propose system improvements to speed up response times and service delivery to customers. Record sales opportunities and customer updates on CRM, draft and maintain account management plan. Attend conferences and other industry events to expand network and source new leads, collating and sharing market intelligence with the wider team Who We’re Looking For Efficient time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and influencing skills; able to deal with airlines, MROs and lessors, at senior management levels. Results focused with strong attention to detail, good numerical reasoning and drafting skills. Flexible, robust, strong team player, open to new ideas and self-driven. Always act with honesty, integrity and take responsibility. Background in sales or leasing within aviation and a passion for the industry preferred. Frequent international travel is required.
