Position: Customer Team Leader
Salary: £65 per hour
Contract: 16-24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided. You must be aged 18 or over to be a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the store team by coaching and supervising Customer Team Members.
2. Deputising for the Store Manager.
3. Delivering great customer service.
4. Performing a wide range of tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
5. Building relationships and getting involved in your local community.
