We are seeking a Target Operating Model (TOM) Project Manager to design, develop, and implement an effective operating model across our pet hospitals.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our operational processes align with PDSA’s strategic vision, delivering a consistent and seamless experience for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align the organisation's strategic goals with an efficient operating model for pet hospitals.
* Identify and transform key business processes and systems to enhance service delivery.
* Lead program/project management efforts, including governance structures, budgeting, and resource management to ensure successful delivery.
* Engage cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across various workstreams.
* Oversee the design of the TOM, ensuring it meets PDSA’s objectives and industry best practices.
* Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for colleagues.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to TOM implementation.
* Define metrics and KPIs to monitor the success of the TOM and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in developing and implementing target operating models.
* Strong program/project management skills, including governance and KPI tracking.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse teams.
* Experience in the veterinary or healthcare sectors is a plus.
