1. Answer client queries via email and over the phone.
2. Provide customers and engineers with information using a dynamic workforce database.
3. Proficient in the use of data systems; training will be provided.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
5. The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
6. Liaise with engineers across the UK.
7. Follow up on customer queries where necessary.
8. Manage engineering time and call planning using systems provided.
