Position Summary Why join our team? This is a Europe Office role within the Online Retail Commerce Team. Our objective is to support European Subsidiaries in improving Online Sales to meet and exceed targets with our key Retail Partners such as Mediamarkt International, Currys, Power Group and Boulanger Our strategy to meet and exceed targets includes initiatives which: drive enhanced brand and product experiences; improve up-sell, cross-sell and conversion; drive our AI leadership; use data and insights to win more shoppers vs our competitors; improve retail media campaigns; develop and share best practice and ensure GTM excellence. The team consists of Key Account Management (Sales), Digital Retail Management, Commercial Projects, Amazon Platform Management and Data/Analytics Teams. Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Manage and collaborate with our key Retail Commerce Data/Analytics suppliers to ensure they provide accurate, timely and relevant data, reporting and insights for Europe Office and Subsidiaries. Collaborate with our European Subsidiary and Regional Product Team colleagues to ensure they have the most relevant KPIs, metrics, dashboards and insights to improve sales and marketing performance with their retail partners. Optimise weekly, monthly and quarterly ‘Health Alert’ metrics and Insight reports to ensure users gain maximum benefit and increase usage of them. Work with our supplier Analysts to develop specific ‘deep-dive’ investigations to uncover strategic and tactical issues behind underperformance. Identify a standard methodology for efficient performance and collaborate with Subsidiaries to develop case studies that showcase success, which can be reviewed and shared with other Subsidairies. Assist the EO team in implementing standard methodology for GTM launches and compliance reporting, and ensure that necessary improvements are communicated to each subsidiary. Run an insight to action tracking and implementation process with Subsidiaries to ensure issues are solved, improvements are made and impact is measured – where possible. Skills and Qualifications What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Be an expert in extracting & visualising multiple sources of internal & external data Crafting & sharing relevant insights in a digestible format to tell stories with numbers Producing & delivering concise presentations to key partners at various levels Maintaining excellent relationships with contacts across Europe & Korea Solid understanding & passion for the consumer electronics industry Wxperience working in online retail, either for a technology retailer or brand Proven success of contributing to sales growth through insight & innovation Knowledge of the online customer journey Experience working with market intelligence/data supplier is strongly desired (e.g. GfK, Similarweb, Digital Shelf Management) Project management skills with a desire for successful conclusions Resilient demeanour & adaptability in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with ambiguity & positive approach towards changing circumstances Confident communicator to all levels of the business High standard of presentation skills with attention to detail Persuading skills, effectively communicating arguments with objective data to gain support Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines What does success look like? Ability to glean insights from various data sources and translate into ‘easy to understand’ insights which will help subsidiaries improve performance. Strong relationships with suppliers – running efficient status meetings and providing timely, accurate deliverables. Gain the trust and confidence of your colleagues within Europe Office and Subsidaries – providing solid outputs resulting in increasing take-up by Subsidaries. Delivering 10 to 15 successful best practice case studies within first 4 months, highlighting successful implementation of insights/actions.
