Audit Coordinator (Brand e-Warranty)
22.5 hours per week - to be worked between the department hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, to be discussed further at interview

Salary £14,400 - £15,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We now have an opportunity within our Audit department here at Beaverbrooks for a highly organised and dedicated individual to drive our E-Warranty project forward.
The successful candidate will help build relationships with our branded partners as well as strengthening relationships with our office and store colleagues. They must have an eye for detail whilst also having passion and initiative to develop and grow this area of stock control measures.
Main Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining reports using Excel and other reporting systems, whilst continually looking to develop and grow the process
Supporting our stores in efficient and accurate recording of Swiss brand sales and stockholding
Building relationships with our luxury brand partners, stores and office departments through weekly reporting and correspondence
Organising and conducting serial number inventories across the business ensuring necessary resources are available and deadlines are met
Maintaining and developing the changeover of further watch brand e-Warranty systems
Holding colleagues accountable to set standards, expectations and providing feedback
Contribute and support the Audit team with company stocktakes

Confident user of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
