We are looking for a Reception Supervisor for our client based in Salisbury Reports to: Operations Manager/SR. Duty Manager Your day-to-day Training and development of the reception team in guest service and on all internal systems related to the department Managing and maintaining the quality of the department to always fulfil excellent customer service Managing the staffing of the department, producing weekly rosters in line with budgeted allowances Acting as a Duty Manager, ensuring the health, safety, and security of the building Dealing with guest complaints to an effective resolution Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories Be the point of contact for issues related to billing, changes, overbooking, no shows etc. Prepare performance reports related to the accommodation and reception Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
