Human Resource Generalist
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This position involves hands-on responsibility in key areas such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of HR practices and will be skilled at building relationships across departments to foster a positive, productive work environment. This role will be based out of our Securitas office in Westborough, MA.
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $27 per hour plus a great benefit package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Manage employee relations to ensure a positive workplace culture.
3. Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
5. Assist with performance management processes and employee development.
6. Collaborate with recruitment teams to support staffing efforts.
7. Ensure management compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns or violations.
9. Manage and maintain state licensing requirements for relevant positions.
10. Provide coaching and counseling to employees to enhance performance and resolve issues.
11. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle HR tasks effectively.
12. Assist with recruitment efforts for office staffing needs.

1. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building across departments.
3. Highly organized with a proactive and hands-on approach to HR functions.

12. Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
