We’re looking for a Project Administrator to grow with us. The role would suit an individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A team player committed to high standards and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities sit within the projects and design team, reporting to the Projects Director. Administrative duties will involve:
* Coordinating project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
* Maintaining accurate project records, including budgets, documentation, and updates
* Supporting design-related tasks, including 2D and 3D sign design deliverables
* Assisting in managing client communications and stakeholde relationships
* Organising meetings, tracking feedback, and ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication
* Monitoring project progress and assisting in risk management processes
* Managing supplier communications to ensure timely material deliveries
* Assisting with snagging and de-snagging processes, maintaining quality control
Skills and experience
You’ll embrace the company culture, valuing our core principles: enthusiastic, collaborative, grounded, pragmatic and innovative. You’ll need to appreciate good design, be methodical and highly organised with demonstrable skills and experience, including:
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills that works well in a fast-paced environment in both an in-person and remote context
* Ability to work effectively and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
* Maintain accurate records, filing, completing project administration and related tasks, ensuring efficient delivery.
* Technical understanding of signage, materials and finish specifications|
* Solid knowledge of Office 365 including Excel
* Knowledge of cloud-based project management and collaboration tools (Merlin)
* Understand 3D product design and 2D graphic layouts, an ability to draw, model and artwork would be advantageous.
* Ability to work in 3D modelling (SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite would be useful not essential
* Ambition to learn and develop new skills
Qualifications
* 5 GCSE’s (Grade C/4 or above) including English & Maths
* A-Levels or a Level 3 qualification in business, administration, or a related field (preferred)
Role and additional information
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Shrewsbury studio. We work at least three days in-studio per week. This is not a remote role.
