The Company head office is based at a location just outside of Heywood.
Our client is currently looking for a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join their team on a FIXED TERM 12 month contract for 15 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator:
* Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
* Process billing (including receiving invoices, placing them into the system, reconciling, posting).
* Process any manual billings for carrier accounts.
* Communicate daily with key departments.
* Undertake general day-to-day office administrative processes.
* Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues.
* Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills.
* The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of ad hoc projects.
What you need to bring:
* Detail-driven and adherence to deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated, and tenacious.
* Experience with basic Microsoft Excel.
