Who You Are You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the recruitment process. You have the capability to handle multiple tasks while providing significant support to Recruiting Managers and the wider Recruitment Team. You are adaptable, able to work within a hybrid working environment (Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5 pm, Friday 8.45 am – 4.30 pm), and are committed to upholding safe recruitment principles. What the Job Involves This role involves supporting the entire recruitment process from job advertisement through to appointment. You will be the point of contact for Recruiting Managers, ensuring effective use of technology and online systems, including applicant tracking systems. You will oversee pre-employment checks and assist in reviewing processes and developing standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will provide training to managers, undertake job evaluations, and offer advice on salary, grading, equality, and recruitment standards. While part of the Recruitment Team, you'll also lend support to Employee Services as needed.
