Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Certification Engineer to join a Third-Party Testing organisation. The position will involve planning, coordinating and carrying out assessments of products and systems to ensure that they meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
Ensure that products meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Plan, coordinate and carry out assessments of products.
Managing multiple projects
Preparing contract offers and estimates for the assessments- ensuring that they realistic for the work to be done and that the timescales are achievable.
Work closely with cross-functions teams to support the certification processes.
Draft certificates and reports and review the ones prepared by junior members of the team and provide guidance is needed.
Conduct research on the products as required and assess the products fitness within contract periods and price estimates.
