Job Title: Café Leep Support Worker
Salary: £23,330 (FTE)
Hours: 16 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and flexible individual to work within Café Leep. The ideal candidate will possess a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanour, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within the café team.
Café LEEP is a social enterprise which employs a qualified café manager with a staff team of adults with learning disabilities who are training for their catering qualifications. The role of the support worker will involve closely collaborating with the café manager and staff team, with a primary focus on facilitating the development of catering skills among the trainees. Café Leep is part of The Advonet Group.

You will have:
9. Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
10. Proficiency in handling sensitive and personal information, with a solid understanding of data protection laws.
11. Experience in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to voice their thoughts and concerns.
12. Prior exposure to working in a catering environment.
13. Background in the Voluntary Sector, whether through paid employment or volunteering.
