Office Manager / Operations Coordinator

You will be an outgoing person who is solutions-oriented. You'll be an integral part of the operations team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Skills required
Organised with experience supporting multiple departments
Be proactive and solutions-orientated - work to increase productivity/systems
Detail-orientated with strong IT skills - you will have excellent attention to detail
Strong use of IT (advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Xero, HR software, etc)
Excellent communicator at all levels Duties:
Managing the general office, including ordering team stationary/other items coordinating meetings
Being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties
Process general payroll, timesheets, and tax documents
Process invoices and PO numbers (creating trackers)
Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation
Maintenance and organisation of company records / HR files
Scheduling meetings and appointments within the company, organise site visits
Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables
Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers and computer
Liaise with the IT contractors and manage general IT software/hardware
Organising itineraries including travel and corporate events within the team
Managing multiple email accounts
