Position Overview:
UAP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our international student recruitment and higher education initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding UAP’s global footprint, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing our brand in the international education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international student recruitment, deep knowledge of higher education systems, and a strong network within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
· Develop and implement innovative strategies for recruiting international students.
· Identify and pursue new market opportunities in alignment with UAP’s goals.
· Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to meet evolving educational needs.
Partnership and Relationship Management:
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas educational agents, institutions, and partners.
· Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with institutional policies and standards.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with partners and stakeholders.
Marketing and Promotion:
· Lead marketing campaigns to promote UAP’s programs internationally.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content.
· Represent UAP at international education fairs, conferences, and events.
Student Engagement and Support:
· Provide comprehensive support to prospective students, guiding them through the application and enrolment process.
· Enhance the student experience by ensuring effective communication and support services.
· Monitor and report on student enrolment trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals.
· Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in international student recruitment or business development in higher education.
· Strong understanding of the global education market and current trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel internationally.
