Your Role:
* Provide 1:1 support to a child with SEN, helping them engage with learning and school activities.
* Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child to boost their confidence and independence.
* Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes.
* Be patient, adaptable, and ready to tackle every day with enthusiasm!
Requirements:
* Experience working with children (especially those with SEN) is a big plus!
* A positive, can-do attitude and lots of patience.
* Willingness to get involved and help make a difference.
* A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
