The Role This role is pivotal to the business, and provides an exciting opportunity to really make a difference. They are seeking a friendly, motivated and experienced FP&A Analyst with a real passion for business intelligence skills such as Power Query, Power Automate and Power Apps and be a Business Process Automation (BPA) Champion. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Provide valuable data insights and performance analysis to senior stakeholders across the business. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, including charts, tables and graphs to enable presentation of data in an effective format. Develop financial modelling templates for use across multiple countries, to support robust forward-thinking analysis and decision making. Identify value add areas and supporting the Head of UK & Ireland Finance with ad hoc projects and deep dives. Supporting the annual budget and forecasting process. Leading the automation of Board reports and business performance reports to drive accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluating financial and business performance, with trends, variances and risks and highlighting areas for improvement. Working closely with their Commercial and Marketing team to ensure one source of truth across theirFinancial and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Process Improvement: Recommendations and implementation of process and reporting improvements through automation solutions and standardisation across the business. Provide guidance and training to Finance team and Central team on finance processes and automation skills, helping to embed a continuous improvement mindset. Involved in additional projects as they arise. Stakeholder Management: Supporting the UK & Ireland finance team through the transition of automation. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business including Finance Business Partners, Head of UK & Ireland Finance, Group Financial Controller, Divisional Directors, Marketing and other Central teams to identify opportunities to improve data quality, understand performance and drive growth, through data led analysis. Skills and Qualifications Financial background with strong technical skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as Power Query, Power Automate and Power Apps. Excellent communications skills with experience of working well with different stakeholders from around the business. Enthusiastic, proactive with a desire to really make a difference. Business Process Automation (BPA) Champion. Attention to detail, with an analytical mindset to organise and interpret data. Experience of embedding robust month end processes and controls. Experience with financial systems (SAP and Oracle) and CRM systems (HubSpot) is an advantage. Open, honest and progressive.
