9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
General
* Making outbound calls and handling inbound calls as per requirements of the Sales Manager
* Working to sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
* Quoting and selling of commercial insurance products to build a portfolio of clients
* Outbound contact to local businesses in the area to try and build a pipeline of future business
* Administrative duties related to existing commercial clients-renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellations
* Use of in-house CRM software and data system to process client information, store quotations and policies and update
Skills/Experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels
* Able to manage workload effectively
* Flexibility in working hours and patterns in order to meet the needs of the business
* Experience in the selling of commercial wheels and property products
* Experience in telesales
