Compass Associates are proud to collaborate with one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains’ pharmacy stores, seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
They are looking for someone with excellent management, leadership and communication skills. You will also need to have post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment.

The role:
1. Lead a high performing team that delivers exceptional standards of customer service and care
2. Provide support to the pharmacy team
3. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy
4. Drive business growth and achieve KPIs
5. Understand and respond appropriately to customer needs and queries
6. Build relationships with GPs and appropriate healthcare professionals in the area
Requirements:
1. Registered with the GPhC
2. MPharm, BPharm or equivalent
3. Great management, leadership and communication skills
