1. An appropriate Engineering Degree or Masters (or equivalent) OR HNC/HND level (or equivalent).
2. A broad grasp of multiple general engineering disciplines, encompassing electrical, mechanical, systems, and more.
3. Proficiency in operating within intricate multi-stakeholder environments. While not mandatory, familiarity with MIL-STD-1760 and MIL-STD-1553 could be advantageous.
4. Experience within the defense sector, particularly in system integration onto fixed-wing or rotary platforms, would be advantageous.
5. Aptitude for intricate technical negotiations, backed by a high degree of autonomy.
6. Hybrid working pattern: A balanced blend of on-site and remote work, offering flexibility (e.g., 2/3 days a week in the office).
