Head of Customer Experience - Got You Covered
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven individual with a strong can-do attitude to join our team as a Motor Insurance Sales Executive. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales via Telephone: Handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking motor insurance, and make outbound calls to warm leads, offering tailored insurance solutions.
2. Sales Conversion: Effectively close sales by providing customers with the most suitable motor insurance options, ensuring maximum revenue generation while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
3. Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed fact-finding calls to understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products, ensuring all sales processes comply with industry regulations.
4. Objection Handling: Skilfully manage objections and address customer concerns, using persuasive techniques to influence decisions without resorting to high-pressure tactics.
5. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed realistic sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to perform in a competitive sales environment.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal underwriters to provide customers with the best possible quotes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
7. Future Leadership: Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to build and lead their own team within 12–18 months.
