Essentia, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking to recruit an Estate Strategy Manager to play a key role within its Estate Development function.

The Estates Strategy Manager role is a crucial post in leading the delivery of a world class Design & Development service and establishing a 1st class business partnering relationship with the Clinical Groups at GSTT. Applying a long-term strategic approach to space management across the estate portfolio, this role acts as the conduit between Essentia Design & Development teams and the clinical groups, provides a consistent service delivery for estate planning, ensuring alignment to clinical needs, the GSTT 2030 Strategy and the emerging estates strategy.
We are seeking individuals with demonstrable estates strategy, planning, space and/or workplace management experience across a complex estate portfolio. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, given the need to proactively develop positive relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
