We're currently recruiting a dedicated Site Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
2. Attending meetings and note-taking
3. Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
4. Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
5. Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
6. Producing reports and presentations
7. Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
