General Practice Surveyor - Truro

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property viewings at various commercial sites.
2. Oversee access for contractors and assist with on-site activities.
3. Measure and photograph properties for marketing purposes.
4. Prepare comprehensive marketing reports for property disposals (freehold and leasehold).
5. Draft pre-acquisition reports and compile demographic and comparable data.
6. Develop marketing campaign reports in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.
7. Assist with site appraisals and data management within the firm's systems.
8. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while contributing to business growth.
9. Ensure clients receive accurate and timely information to manage their portfolios effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Educated to degree level.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
3. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
5. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
6. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a high level of professionalism.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver information clearly and concisely.
8. Clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Location:
