£9,972 for 18 hours per week

You will be working for our Step-Down service, which provides a safe space for up to five individuals at any one time upon discharge from hospital due to poor mental health.
As a Community Support Worker, you would enable individuals to find suitable accommodation in the community as well as link up with health and social care support services. We are looking for an empathetic, adaptable individual with a non-judgmental approach.
Shifts are 4 hours at a time, from 10am-2pm and 6pm to 10pm each day. The postholder will work 4 shifts on one week and 5 the next.
