Customer Service Executive
This is a 9 month contract
Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £25,000 P/A Pro rata
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a team whereby you would manage various client enquiries, managing client accounts and relationships and no two enquiries will be the same.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting with a high volume of written/email enquiries, as well as some telephone based needs.
2. Managing business customer relationships.
3. Handle general customer communication from the initial point of contact through to completion.
4. Manage complaints where required.
5. Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry.
6. Transfer calls to relevant departments.
7. Administrative support and duties.
Experience required:
1. Previous telephone-based customer service experience ideally.
2. Strong communication skills and experience.
3. Ability to work under pressures.
4. Good administration skills and experience.
5. Ability to multitask and organise your workload.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
