Our Account Manager will oversee a select portfolio of key customers, including member-based organizations, hospitality groups, and other strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, providing tailored business reviews, strategic insights, and hands-on training to optimize their use of Peoplevine’s suite of tools. Through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, addressing key issues and helping our customers unlock their full potential.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their success with Peoplevine.
Conduct regular consultations and on-site or virtual meetings to provide strategic insights, training, and education on Peoplevine’s platform and marketing tools.
Partner with management to devise account strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Champion Peoplevine’s mission of helping businesses engage, grow, and thrive by leveraging innovative technology.
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or member-based industries.
A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and provide creative solutions.
