8. MIAFTR entry
9. salvage disposal
10. Engagement with Davies Tech team
11. Escalation management
12. Ensure targets are reached, maintained
13. To produce daily statistics
14. Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching and feedback
15. Ensure a high level of staff engagement
16. Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
17. Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
18. To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.
