You will work within a Practice in the E4 PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines safety and quality improvement projects. About us E4 Network is a Primary Care Network (PCN) formed of 5 practices in Chingford, London within the borough of Waltham Forest working collaboratively to ensure high quality, efficient and sustainable primary care across the borough. We work on behalf of practices, patients, and staff to deliver healthcare services to a registered list size of over 52,000 patients. The Clinical Pharmacist team is made up of three Senior Clinical Pharmacists along with three Band 7 Clinical Pharmacists. In addition to meeting as a team with the Network Clinical Director, the Senior Clinical Pharmacists meet regularly during protected learning time with the designated Band 7 Pharmacists and act as mentor's/line manager's.
