Description Operations Support Team Member Up to £25,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6C) Manchester city centre – hybrid working We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join us in our operations support team and provide high quality admin support to colleagues across the GC Team. This role will play an integral part in making sure that the team is organised, and that our customers are consistently receiving the outstanding service that they expect. What you’ll do • support Legal, Board Secretariat, Council secretariat and Campaigns and Public Affairs colleagues with a wide range of admin tasks such as: uploading papers for the various boards and committees, carrying out property searches, issuing and receiving of title deeds, editing documents, mail merges etc. • make sure the signing and sealing process is carried out in line with both Co-op and statutory processes • manage paperwork and documentation related to deeds and contracts • build positive relationships with a range of colleagues across the business • work effectively from a daily task list; making sure you’re always on top of your work and nothing falls behind agreed SLAs • raise and receipt purchase orders on the appropriate Co-op system (Coupa) • update and maintain the in-house legal, board secretariat and Council Secretariat databases e.g. contract register, risk register, Indeed This role would suit people who have • previous experience in an admin role, ideally within a professional services environment • strong general IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems • high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • adaptability with a willingness to learn and proactively develop your skills and knowledge • the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • good relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at different levels across the business Why Co-op?
