Our client (based in Stevenage) is top in its field and is looking for an Electronic Engineering Group Lead for a 12 month ftc.

It is essential that you come from an engineering background or have an engineering qualification as well as the passion, focus, drive and vision to lead a team to deliver successfully.
Responsibilities:
* Support/Lead change programmes to meet a dynamic environment delivering equipment
* Deliver high quality development and performance evaluations in order to maximise potential
* Lead the development and harmonisation of processes that are fit for the rapid development of cutting edge technologies.
* Monitor, review and report progress against technical and schedule deadlines
* Motivate people/teams to pull together to deliver through challenging technical and time bound environments.
Qualifications:
They are looking for the following:
* Leaders - people who have:
* Solid experience of leading teams and individuals
* Experience of defining, implementing and embedding strategic direction by providing a clarity of vision and mission.
* Ability to lead and drive.
* Experience of various management tasks - recruitment, on-boarding, performance, development etc.
Compensation:
In return they offer a salary of circa £62k (dependent on experience) plus bonus and fantastic benefits and hybrid working (3 days in, 2 from home).
