About the role
* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their policies.
* Assist customers with policy changes, such as name or address updates, or more complex modifications.
* Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to resolve issues and provide solutions.
* Build rapport and understand each customer's needs.
* Support customers who cannot complete online processes.
* Make outbound calls to verify policies.
* Manage team diaries and inboxes.
* Contact customers about missed payments or debts and support financial difficulties.
* Assist customers with the claims process.
* Support policy cancellations.
About you
You should excel at helping customers and delivering exceptional service. Experience in a fast-paced environment focused on performance and customer satisfaction is preferred.

Working Hours
The full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. Availability is needed Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (shifts of 9am-5pm or 9am-6pm). Full-time shifts are 7.5 hours with unpaid lunch and one in three Saturdays (9am-1pm) with time off in lieu for Saturday work.
Training: The initial 3 weeks of full-time training will be held at a local hotel, followed by mostly remote work with monthly hub days.
Working From Home
A broadband internet speed of at least 5 Mbps is required. Check your speed online if unsure.
