Job Title: HR Investigator Location: UK/Fully remote Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro-rata) This is a Permanent Relief Contract. There is no guarantee to the number of hours you will work on a regular basis. Salary per annum is based on full-time hours, please note, this will be pro-rata’d for hours worked. Role Overview: As a HR/Complaints Investigator, you will play a key role in conducting thorough and impartial investigations on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for investigating employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying, harassment and conducting investigations arising from complaints to our client organisations., This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and allegations, including interviews with involved parties and the gathering of evidence. Document and report findings in a clear, impartial, and timely manner. Analyse and evaluate the evidence and information obtained during the investigation, and prepare clear, concise and accurate reports and recommendations based on the findings of the investigation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Stay up to date with relevant HR legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in HR, investigations, or employee relations Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
