Regional Director | Medium Sized Provider Midlands, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire- England Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum Benefits: Discretionary bonus, £5000 Car Allowance, mileage More We are looking for a Regional / Operations Director for a care provider in the Midlands and South, with a view to supporting a remit of care homes operationally to ensure high standards of care for elderly people. The group currently operate a remit of care homes nationally and pride themselves on being a value-based provider who empower their staff and the vulnerable people they look after. The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide Home Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care. Key points Will be expected to be visible across all care homes within the remit Candidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers Must act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers Drive KPI's and overall performance Must have current Operational experience within the care home sector Must be able to implement a high level of quality and compliance across the home, ensuring that the level of care exceed that expected from its residents As the Regional / Operations Director you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Homes business plan.
