This is an office-based position with flexibility granted after effective integration into the organization. The ideal candidates will be London-based.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Regional Salesforce Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Opening and winning new client accounts.
2. Successfully executing multi-year deals of all sizes.
3. Targeting industries and organizations that can benefit from the use of Salesforce.
4. Managing your own pipeline and achieving a first-year target of £1.5m.

As the Senior Regional Salesforce Sales Director, you must have the following:
1. Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive sales.
3. Able to execute multi-year deals across various industries and organizations.
4. Able to manage your own pipeline and achieve ambitious sales targets.
5. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience Requirements
Proven experience in winning net new business with Salesforce customers repeatedly.
