We are a fast growing eCommerce business specialising in radiators and bathroom products. We're currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're reliable, organised, and passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you!
Hours:
* 15 hours per week (Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and webchat
* Processing customer orders and reviewing order confirmations
* Assisting with general customer support queries and resolving issues promptly
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
